The Property Becomes the ISP
A 700-unit community that stopped handing its internet margin to a third party.
The situation
A residential community of 700 units needed internet as a standard amenity. Rather than defaulting to a conventional provider arrangement, the owner wanted to know whether a structure existed that retained more long-term value.
What we found
We compared a conventional bulk agreement against an owner-operated model. The property's scale and density supported the community becoming its own internet provider, capturing margin a third-party ISP would otherwise keep.
What we did
We established the business structure and operational framework, defined the technical specifications, and coordinated vendor relationships — every decision made in the owner's interest rather than the vendors'.
The outcome
A required amenity became an owned, revenue-generating asset, with better service for residents.
