ABIS

Procurement & negotiation.

The right providers, bidding against each other, on terms written from your side.

One proposal is not a market.

Most owners see a single provider's paper and negotiate down from it. That paper was drafted to protect the provider — the term, the exclusivity, the access rights and the renewal all sit exactly where it suits them, and it reads as standard because you have nothing to compare it against.

We run an actual process. One specification goes to the market, the right providers answer the same question, and the responses can be compared like for like. Competition settles most of it before a single clause is argued.

What ABIS does.

  • Build the bidder list — carriers, neutral hosts, ISPs and integrators — and bring them to the table
  • Run the RFP against one specification, so what comes back can actually be compared
  • Negotiate scope, pricing, SLAs, access rights and term from the owner's side
  • Keep exclusivity out, and keep the building's options open for the next decade
  • Review what you have already signed — inherited agreements are often where the money is

The first draft is never written for you.

Every other party at that table is paid by someone else. Our compensation is tied to your result — not to equipment, not to a commission from the other side.
